once upon a time i made beef wellington and mushroom risotto for my ex boyfriend. he wasn't my ex at the time. it turned out to be delicious, despite making a stupid mistake in the process. pyrex pans and direct heat do not mix. soooo, i shattered his pan and nearly blew up the kitchen, but he got a scrumptious meal afterwords. and a brand new pyrex set. i was always going out of my way to try to please him, but it didn't work, since he is now my ex. and the whole thing about the way to a man's heart is through his stomach - yeah not so true either. anyway - the result is below.
turns out it's hard to add a photo to your blog and get it to go where you want it to. i had to go to the html code.... wow.
well that's my first new post.... hope to post more creative things soon.
